The results of the retrospective study showed long term chiropractic DNA repair activity was the highest compared to the other groups. This is a very interesting study looking at how chiropractic wellness or maintenance care helps the body at an intracellular level. DNA repair activity declines with age typically, so receiving regular chiropractic treatments could be part of an effective anti-aging or preventative health regime.
